Kendrick leads participant recruitment and community engagement for Penultimate Development and Penultimate Woodworks, ensuring young men are connected to life-changing opportunities. He builds and strengthens partnerships with churches, schools, and workforce agencies across the region. Through strategic outreach and relationship-building, Kendrick helps increase the visibility and impact of Penultimate’s programs.
